Here's a picture of my 66 Mustang. The car was built at the Ford plant in San Jose during the fall of '65, then sold at Geary Ford in San Francisco to my mother in law. It was her first new car. My father in law used it as his daily driver for most of the 70's and had the engine rebuilt in 1980. He also painted it the current non-original color. In the 80's my wife drove it in high school. She got a new car in college, but thankfully the Mustang was retired to the garage. It had 270,000 miles on it, mostly freeway. After 12 years of sitting in a garage, I came into the picture and got it up and running as my daily driver.

The car is a C-code 289 with automatic transmission, factory power steering, and power brakes. Last year I added front disc brakes, a dual cylinder master cylinder, stiffer suspension, styled steel wheels, and bigger tires.
