Apple TV was obviously not designed by anybody remotely connected with Apple Time Capsule. I set up Apple TV today with ZERO snags. Simply connected the ethernet cable, digital audio cable, HDMI cable, and plugged it in. It found the internet, found the iMac, and worked immediately.
